If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your subscription, you will have 21 days to provide a valid Payment Method. During this period of time, also defined as Grace Period, the Agreement will remain in effect. If a payment is settled during the Grace Period, the agreement will continue to be effective and the original billing cycle will continue. If a breakdown occurs during the Grace Period, a claim will be processed only once Your Account is in good standing and all outstanding payments have been made. Once you update your payment information, we will automatically try to take the payment within 3 business days.
