Why has my subscription been cancelled?

Your subscription may have been cancelled due to one of the following reasons:
- We have not been able to successfully charge a valid Payment Method for more than 21 days, your subscription will end retroactively at the end of the last billing cycle.
- Your vehicle odometer exceeds 250,000 km
- Your billing cycle has reached the 15th year of your vehicle model.
- You or your Vehicle may have failed to meet any of the eligibility criteria, misrepresentation has taken place, or fraud has occurred.
- We have been notified that you have sold or transferred ownership of your vehicle.
