For light commercial use drivers (such as those who are ridesharing i.e. Uber, UberEats, Skip The Dishes, and Lyft), their vehicles are eligible for a policy sale. Please note that the LCU will apply and deductibles would be calculated accordingly.
Please note occasional food delivery is eligible.
The Mechanical Breakdown Protection plan allows eligible new and used vehicles to be used in various light commercial applications. There is no premium surcharge for LCU vehicles, however, at the time of claim, the customer will be responsible to pay the greater of his deductible or 20% of the authorized claim amount, including applicable taxes.
