If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, and you do not cancel your subscription, you will have 21 days to provide a valid Payment Method. During this period of time, also defined as the Grace Period, the Agreement will remain in effect. If a payment is settled during the Grace Period, the agreement will continue to be effective and the original billing cycle will continue. If a breakdown occurs during the Grace Period, a claim will be processed only once Your Account is in good standing and all outstanding payments have been made.
